Announcing SCRaP’s Annual
Enchanted Ball
Mark your calendar on October 19, 2019 for the Enchanted Ball – A night of fun, laughter and elegance for families to experience here in Billings. Come to celebrate the evening with your favorite enchanted characters.
As a Family Friendly event, kids and adults are encouraged to dress up for this special occasion. Dress in your most royal attire ready to dance the night away!
Throughout the evening enjoy dancing and interactions with your favorite Enchanted Characters, sample delicious morsels fit for any royalty, photo opportunities with your favorite characters, fairy tale crafts and games, door prizes, enter for a chance to win a “Create Your Own Disney Experience”, gift bags, and a live and silent auction.
Pre-event festivities include a Royalty for a Day Pampering, Costume Exchange Popup Store and Decorate a mannequin. And when it’s time to go home, your heart will be full of great memories to last a lifetime!
Family Fun and Adventure 
Passports – Participants who attended the Passport to the Virtues will get their passport. We will provide extra passports so you can get a signature from all of your favorite Princesses.
Food and Specialty Drinks – appetizers and beverages fit for any Royal Ball.
Dancing with the Enchanted Characters – Enchanted Characters will be available to dance with at the ball. We ask a donation of $1 or more, for a 2-minute dance with your favorite character
Dancing Contest – The Enchanted Ball includes dancing. During the ball, The Beat Ballroom Company dancers will perform, then we will be holding a dance contest. For $10, any couple can participate. Prizes will be awarded for Waltz, Foxtrot and Swing.
Crafts and Games – Besides Enchanted Characters, kids can be entertained with special fairytale crafts and games.
Photo Opportunities – Photo opportunities will be available for costumes, family portraits, and pictures with the Enchanted Characters.
Special Pre-event Activities
Royalty-for-a-Day Pampered Package
The day begins with a hair/makeup session while enjoying a light lunch. After pampering, the new Royal member will meet up at the Enchanted Ball to walk the red carpet with an Enchanted Character – the spotlight will definitely be on you at this star-studded event. And when it’s time to go home, your Royal Swag Bag will be full of great gifts to remember your special day!
Princess Mannequin Art
Prior to the Enchanted Ball, 12 mannequins will be available to decorate. Each decorator may select from a basket of Princesses, then decorate the mannequin with a theme for that princess. Mannequins will be displayed at the Ball, then sold thru a silent auction. (Mannequins are $75)
Costume Popup Store
Prior to the Enchanted Ball, a popup costume store will be available for exchange or purchase of enchanted character costumes and party attire. Coupons are $10, which will be discounted on the new items, or the cost for an exchange. If your kiddo has outgrown their enchanted character outfit, this will be the place to exchange for a larger size or different outfit.

Disney Experience – Main Drawing (200 Chances to Win!)
This is a $5000 gift card to create your very own Disney trip.
Enchanted Encounters – Main Auction (10 Events)
These are a $500 value private party package hosted by a local business – and will have an enchanted character attending during the event. Parties will vary from 4-10 people.
Princess Mannequin – Silent Auction (12 Mannequins)
Fully decorated Princess Mannequins will be available thru a silent auction.
Gift Bag Pull (50 available)
Door prizes containing various gifts from gracious sponsors are available for purchase. Minimum value $30.

6:00 PM Arrival at the Enchanted Ball
6:15 PM Red Carpet Royal March – Introduction of the Enchanted Characters and Royalty for a Day Guest
6:30 PM Silent Auction Begins, Food and Drinks, Crafting for the Kids, Music by the Billings Symphony
7:00 PM SCRaP Introduction, Sponsor and Virtue Introductions, Intro to Live Auction Items
7:30 PM Live Auction for Encounter Events, last chance for Disney Tickets, Auctioneer Troy Evans
7:45 PM Close Silent Auction, Name winners, then Announcement of Disney Experience.
8:00 PM Dance performance by The Beat Ballroom with music by Joe Sullivan, Dance Contest, Dancing with the Enchanted Characters
9:30 PM The Evening ends with Auld Lang Syne, farewells and hugs from the Enchanted Characters.
