‘Beannachtam na Feile Padraig!’
(Happy St. Patrick’s Day!)
And Welcome to the New SCRaP in Billings – where you will discover Billings best kept secret for creative places…
For those that have been here – we are back, still here, and even better! To those that haven’t been here, you get the elevator pitch … “our mission is to inspire artistic and creative reuse through shared resources and affordable materials, with access to work space and educational opportunities.”
There are good ships,
and there are wood ships,
The ships that sail the sea.
But the best ships, are friendships,
And may they always be.
“What the heck does that mean?” Glad you asked – it really means -We are a boot-strapped, grass-roots donation-based non-profit creative reuse center (whew!). We take in donations of anything a creative person can use, then make them available for affordable prices. We also offer memberships to studio and workshop space for people to create. Funds raised by our programs will help the area schools with art projects and help emerging artists become sustainable in their art business.
