3D Printing Fundamentals in the Classroom
This class is exploring the basics of 3D Printing and how to use it in the classroom. Although this class is designed for teachers wanting to learn then teach to their students, it is also ideal for businesses wanting to getting started in 3D printing.
We will start with a discussion of how it works from beginning to end, what are somethings you can do to get started right a way. and how you can incorporate it into the classroom. We will show a demonstration of creating an actual object model, slicing it then printing it using open-source software.
We will also cover some of the available resources you can access to get started.
