Explore the art of knitting while making a Soap Sock. You’ll learn a simple cast on, the knit and purl stitch, how to bind off and the mattress stitch. By the end of the class, you’ll have finished Soap Sock – which can be used right away or given as a gift. Plus it will shrink as you use it so uneven stitches won’t matter!

Material Kit provided by instructor:

• Wool yarn
• Printed Pattern
• 1 bar of Soap
• Darning needles

Students should bring a pair of knitting needles size 10.5US straiight (single point) needles are recommended. Instructor will bring extra needles to purchase.
